Since joining HHSDR in 1987, Vince has been Principal-in-Charge or Project Architect for a wide array of projects in both the public and private sectors. His expertise guides municipalities, school districts, colleges and universities, and private organizations, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of General Services.

SECRETARY/EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Bob Englebaugh joined HHSDR in 1981 and has served as Designer, Project Architect or Principal-In-Charge for a diverse portfolio of projects during his tenure with the firm. He specializes in studying and modifying existing structures and is highly regarded for designing improvements to compliment original architecture. Bob is a frequent collaborator with clients and partners to develop innovative approaches to design challenges.

Andreas N. Dometakis, RA, AIA, NCARB

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Andreas joined HHSDR in 1987 and now leads our Pittsburgh Office. A specialist in facilities for K-12 education and athletics, his work is highly regarded through the industry and has been recognized by American School & University, Learning by Design, and Metal Architecture. Andreas is a member of the American Institute of Architecture and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Boards.

Based in HHSDR’s Pittsburgh Office, Matt joined HHSDR in 1996. A specialist in sustainable design for municipal governments and K-12 education, Matt is highly regarded for his work with AW Beattie Career Center north of Pittsburgh, which achieved a LEED-Gold rating and the eCenter@LindenPointe in the city of Hermitage, (LEED-Silver).

J. Greer Hayden, RA, PE, AIA, NCARB

PRINCIPAL EMERITUS

Greer Hayden joined HHSDR in 1973 and quickly made a mark in our groundbreaking work in K-12 environments. Not only does his training as an architectural engineer bring a unique perspective and influence to his philosophy of cost-effective design, it makes him a trusted advisor to HHSDR clients. Greer was the Principal-in-Charge of Pennsylvania’s first LEED-Gold rated career and technology center, the AW Beattie Career Center in McCandless Township. In addition to being a Registered Architect and Registered Professional Engineer, Greer is a member of the American Institute of Architecture and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Boards.
