The Garden House is an educational resource facility for the 27-acre Porreco Campus, a former horse farm and estate donated to the University in 1987. We studied the building and presented 3 renovation options to enhance this picturesque building. The University approved the following scope of work:

• Upgrade environmental systems to commercial grade.
• Revise floor plan to meet University needs and code requirements.
• Upgrade building envelope and roof, while maintaining the character of the building.
• Enlarge classroom and new entry vestibule.
• Enhance lighting and technology in the classrooms.
• Update finishes.
