The scope of work included the following:

• Design of a new Sportexe turf field with shock pad, with markings for football, soccer and lacrosse.
• Site grading, improved field drains and storm water management system (supplemental drainage system over the existing system).
• New high jump, long jump, triple jump and pole vault events with synthetic running surfaces.
• Reconditioned 400m track.
• New paving and access road.
• New stadium entrance gates, turnstile, fencing.
• New scoreboard with LED message center, delay of game field timers, track timing system.
