MORE INFO: |
Project consolidated two elementary schools into the existing Middle School. The design creates a “school within a school” for grades K-5 and 6-8 by updating the existing building to meet today’s educational and code standards.
Alterations: new roof; windows; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; new voice, data and video technology and building security measures. Existing classroom and large group spaces were renovated. District Offices were grouped in an area off of a new secure entry vestibule.
Additions: new wing to house grades K -5, and a new public entrance with secure vestibule. The site has also been redesigned to improve stormwater management, and to enhance bus and car traffic circulation and safety. |
