Consolidated elementary and middle school building (total of 80,000 s.f. of space), into one, 640-student, K-7 building on a 50-acre site. One of the three additions is a two-story link to the existing grades K-3 Artman Elementary School with a new grades 4-5 wing. The other two additions include a new full-size gymnasium and smaller adaptive gym with associated storage, and an expansion of the Admi ni s t r at i ve Of f i c es/ Reception area.
Renovations to the existing two-story, grades 6-7 wing within Delahunty were also part of the scope of work, as are new parking areas, access road, and pedestrian walks. |
