The Intermediate Unit 1 Educational Campus at Colonial provides a highly structured, comprehensive, supportive, safe atmosphere along with special education services not available in the public school setting.

The former Library was converted into the Fab Lab. A second room located in the Alternative School wing is used as a support space for the Lab.

Scope of Work:

Updated lighting and mechanical system. Architectural and interior design. Bid phase and construction contract administration. Programming / space analysis. Coordination with The Fab Foundation of Cambridge, Mass.
