In 2008, the CTC board restarted a stalled study. They selected an option calling for minor additions to Culinary Arts (1,211 s.f.), and renovations to 121,000 s.f. of existing area. The facility was brought up to today’s programmatic, code and energy standards.
The project also improved the floor plan to create efficiencies for the Kiddie Tech program. Storm water management and site circulation were also updated. The renovation took place over several phases to minimize disruptions.
