North East High School serves approximately 680 students in grades 9-12. The existing building, located on a 75-acre campus, was originally designed by HHSDR and was constructed in 1979.

The scope of work includes the following:

Update interior finishes, including carpeting and student lockers. Update environmental systems. Update the science classrooms. Update the food service function. Replace windows. Bring the building up to today’s code standards, including the Americans with Disabilities Act.
