Facade improvements for 10 buildings (60 units). Work included:

• new roofing, fascia and gutters
• new screen doors
• brick repair
• new parking areas
• covered porches with screened entrances
• fenced private yards
• rear covered stoops
• Individual storage sheds

A Victorian design theme was introduced to compliment downtown and the residences. Details utilized scalloped siding, ornamental brackets, roof dormers, and cupolas.
