The new two-story Primary Center is sited on the Elementary School campus on a plateau 50' below the school. Expanded parking provides 330 spaces. Grade access is provided on both the upper and lower floors.

Designed to resemble a large house, each grade has its own neighborhood of classrooms. The core area (gymnasium with stage, offices, music, computer lab, library, art, support services, cafeteria and faculty room) is located near the main entrance with easy access to each grade level grouping.

The building features sustainable site design, efficient construction practices, efficient water and energy systems and materials, natural ventilation, and daylighting. CO monitors regulate ventilation and remove particulates from the air.
