Built in 1976, the school serves 432 students in grades K - 6. This was its first life cycle renovation.
The scope of work includes:
- Updated color scheme and finishes;
- Code and ADA updates;
- New secure entry vestibule;
- New mechanical, electrical, technology and plumbing components;
- Improved site circulation and storm water management;
- New roofing system and building envelope;
- New canopy to define the entrance to the building.
