New K-4 elementary school for 875 students.

The renovation addressed the following elements:

House each grade level in its own neighborhood of classrooms and special education rooms. Core areas (gym, cafeteria, stage, offices, library)located near the main entrance with easy access to each grade level grouping. Uses green principles (sustainable site design, energy efficiency, insulation, energy management system, materials and indoor air quality monitors). Building orientation maximizes natural ventilation and daylighting. Construction process will reduce waste and promote recycling of construction materials. Parking for 400 vehicles.
