The scope of work included:

51-space parking lot expansion and repaving with related site improvements. New doors and reconditioned elevator. New 2-ply modified bitumen roof on recovery board and 3.5” minimum of insulation. New high performance, thermally-broken, aluminum-framed windows. New chiller and variable air volume boxes. At Joe Walker, new doors and windows, and air conditioning.
