The project tripled the size of an existing office building, and consolidates Reinhardt’s office locations into one. The final product creates a unique environment for clients and employees.

Scope of Work:

Site development - storm water management, paving, landscaping. Building envelope - single-ply EPDM roofing system, new buildings constructed of steel joists and masonry walls with finish brick and hardy board siding. Windows are aluminum fixed and storefront type. Interior finishes - carpet, VCT, ceramic tile, acoustical panel ceilings, recessed lighting, solid core wood doors, natural gas fireplace, reception counter and casework.
