Additions and alterations to an existing single story facility, consisting of a one-story residential theme structure for 30 assisted living units. Amenities include a living room, activity area, spa, exam room, offices, nurse station, staff and support areas organized around a central interior courtyard.

Other additions: staff lounge, alteration and expansion of the kitchen and dining areas. Renovation of the existing east wing created 32 living units for dementia residents. The home now provides continuous care for the residents in a pleasant setting.

Since 1981, HHSDR has completed 26 separate projects for John XXIII, including a gift shop expansion (2006) and a canopy replacement (currently in design).
