This was a phased project to renovate the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the Hermitage Square Office Building.

Key improvements include:

Updated rest rooms to comply with ADA. Updated mechanical / electrical and plumbing. Installation of non-load bearing walls to create a new configuration of offices on each floor. New / updated conference rooms. New / updated kitchenettes. Furnishings and building commissioning provided by the Owner.
