Restoration of a 1894 community landmark, to be conducted over four phases. HHSDR completed design drawings to assist with all phases, to be implemented as funding allows. In the first phase, over 20 windows on the second and third floors will be replaced. Most will be custom-made. In the second phase, the basement and roof will be renovated. In the third phase, the first floor commercial storefronts will be renovated. In the fourth phase, the second and third floor apartments will be renovated.
