We performed a facility and site selection analysis to provide options for the Township Supervisors. They selected a new building to house all administrative functions except Police and Public Works.
The structure uses large expanses of glass, exposed steel, and masonry to create a pleasant, naturally lit, and sustainable environment for employees and the public. Spaces include a conference room and community display area, activities room featuring a painted wall spilling out onto the floor, and large public meeting room. The building has a geothermal system and a reflective roof.
The site design and building materials blend with those of the neighboring public library.
