MORE INFO:
The South Annex (1869) is a two-story, brick and stone structure. Altered in 1979, it houses the Public Defender and Intermediate Punishment Program.

Improvements Include:
  • The existing 2-pipe heat-ing system was replaced with a 4-pipe system, and tied into the County’s existing water heating and cooling plant.
  • The 3,447 sq. ft. roof was replaced with a new, modified bitumen sheet roof on 3½ inch insulation on top of ½-inch recovery board.
  • Inefficient windows and doors were replaced with 39 new, thermally-broken and argon-filled, single-hung historically-sensitive windows; 4 new fixed windows; a new aluminum curtain wall; and a new aluminum entrance door.
